As Web designers and developers, we commit a lot of time and effort in nurturing professional interactions, including those with clients, possible clients, coworkers, peers and others in the market. Unfortunately, while many Web professionals work hard to make these work related interactions as strong as possible, they often disregard their non professional relationships, as well as those with family and friends and even with themselves and their personal health and well being.
